Our comprehensive curriculum covers a spectrum of essential topics, facilitated by a team of expert Northern Life Yoga instructors. From meditation to asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, to delving into the rich tapestry of yoga's history, philosophy, and ethics, our program leaves no stone unturned.

Our hybrid program blends virtual training and homework assignments with group sessions, allowing you to progress at your own rhythm and a flexible schedule. With in-person sessions held over 12 weekends from September 2024 to January 2025, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow trainees and deepen your practice under the guidance of our expert instructors.

Led by Northern Life Yoga founder Allie Brawley and her team of instructors, this immersive YTT experience is crafted to enrich your understanding of yoga, whether you're seeking personal growth or aspire to become a certified yoga instructor. With Allie’s 14 years of instruction supported by her team of instructors and wellness service providers, you'll receive the best guidance for a transformative journey.
